Go to the "Start"
button in the lower left hand corner of your desktop.
Left click on
"Start", mouse over "Settings", on the menu that pops
up,
click on "Control
Panel", now click on "Internet Options", now click on
the "Advanced" tab, scroll down to
"Printing" put a checkmark
in the box
labeled "Print background colors and images".
Click "Apply", click "OK".

your finished, that's all there is to it.
