May Council Meetings
For the month of May, our council meeting dates have changed.
May council meetings for May 13 and May 27 have been cancelled.
Council will meet on May 20th.
Water Meters
Water meters are available to rent at the city building for $50.00, with $40.00 of that being returned upon return of the meter.
Readings must be called in by the 20th of the month, or your bill will not reflect the credit.
Community Clean-Up Day
Date: Saturday, May 11, 2024
Time: 8:00 AM until 12:00 pm
Place: Hall Ave - East side parking lot.
-You must present your drivers license or utility bill as proof of residency of the village.
We will take car batteries, bicycles, washers, dryers, couches, chairs, refrigerators, water heaters, etc. at no charge.
Items we must charge to take:
Mattresses/Box Springs: $20/each
Tires/Rims: $10/each
What we cannot take:
Hazardous waste materials, paint, gasoline, oil, thinners, solvents and garbage.
City Building Entrance:
With the construction at the entrance of the city building, you will need to enter through the open garage door on N. Broadway. There is a marked drop box by the garage door that you're also encouraged to use for your convenience.
